Why switch now
POTS is disappearing
Carriers are retiring copper and raising rates. Cellular gives you predictable costs and modern reliability.
Code & testing pressure
Monthly line checks and annual inspections require phones to actually dial out. We automate the proof.

We include battery backup and power‑fail behavior that maintains emergency calling during outages.

FAQ
Will cellular work inside my machine room or hoistway?
We perform a signal survey and can add a discreet antenna if needed. Critical sites can use dual‑carrier failover.
Do I need a separate line per elevator?
Many banks can share a seized line with proper priority and labeling. We’ll design per code and site conditions.
What happens in a power outage?
The backup supplies the gateway and phone, keeping emergency calling active for the specified duration.
Can you coordinate with our elevator company?
Yes. We regularly work alongside elevator contractors and AHJs to streamline inspections.
